Manure have not conceded four goals in any competition for nearly two years -- the last occasion dating back to a 5-0 drubbing by Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in October 1999.

"After the game SAF sought to play down the team's problems. Having rallied from 3-1 down to 3-3 down, Ferguson said: We were in complete control at that point and looked as though we were going to win... and they just caught us on the hop".

Ah, so that's what it was?

Give the senile old beggar a break. He also thinks Keane was sent off for throwing the ball at Shearer (no mention of the punch or knocking the card out of the ref's hand). ;-))

LR, you've been slagging your own greedy bastard for months and all of a sudden, when his actions, are indefensible, you start defending him. I think the sending off was a cumulative thing - he could have been sent off for trying to kill Rob Lee. And, since we're on the subject, why does Barthez go running after the ref when the other side scores?
