I AM THINKING OF IMPOSING SERVICE LEVEL STANDARDS ON SOME OF OUR SATTELITE OPOERATIONS DUE TO THE RELATIVELY LOW LEVEL OF RELIABILITY THEY PROVIDE , COMPARED TO EXTERNAL SUBC-CONTRACTORS.
HOW DO I ASSESS, DETERMINE AND IMPLEMENT SUCH A SERVICE LEVEL STANDARD BEING AWARE OF THE FACT THAT THERE IS AN INTANGIBILITY ISSUE IMPACTING SERVICE DELIVERY.
DO I RELY ON THE PZB (SERVIVE DIMENSIONS, 1986) DIMENSIONS OF SERVICE EVALUATION OR DETERMINE, DISTILL MY OWN DIMENSIONS THROUGH CUSTOMER RESERARCH.
