Just heard on CNN Headline news.

There are some financial types in my building. It was already on the news that the bond market was supposed to reopen today. On the way up in the elevator this morning they were mentioning that some boards were active yesterday, like the commodities exchange out of Chicago. So, I gather the main hang up is the logistics of the exchanges in NYC.
