Yes, this seems to have been a very sophisticated, well conceived, well organized, and well coordinated attack. It would take a bunch of people to pull it off.

Has anybody wondered how or why such a "sophisticated" attack group would leave such obvious evidence behind, as is being reported in Newark with the arabic flying intructions etc., ???

Just a little too convenient isn't it?

Gregg, I agree. Our colossal intelligence failure sticks out like a sore thumb. Then, all of a sudden we are identifying all sorts of perpetrators and finding evidence all over the east coast. Remember FDR and how he set up Pearl Harbor by first cutting off oil to the Japanese, then ordering Admiral Kimmell to keep all our ships in port and lined up ready for easy destruction. Washington also deliberately witheld critical intelligence about the impending attack from Kimmell and his staff.

Paula,

I'm surprised you aren't trying to tie this tragedy into actually being some type of y2k chip failure glitch.

We've never had such an extensive US terrorist attack before the millenium. It happened after Y2k. Ergo, it must somehow be Y2k related and we'll theroize about this obvious tie-in for years to come.
