Thank You Canadians

I have been watching my TV most of the day and have seen reports of support from Canada. The Canadians are donating blood and sending nurses and doctors. Also they helped with the detoured flights bound for the US. They have offered military and intelligence support. So to our Canadian friend I say THANK YOU!!!!

Thank you Canadians. You are unsung heroes...unfortunately, more often than not. Thanks for watching out for our aircraft today. Thanks for helping secure our common border. Thanks for your surveilance in the northern latitudes. Just thanks, period.

Same here, as what Del, Tom and Sheepish said. One of our Countrys' blessings, is to have such good neighbors and we surely appreciate it. So here's a warm handshake and a big hug to our neighbors and friends.

As a Canadian, I feel very grateful for your thanks. To often we are viewed in a less..ummm....supportive way by our neighbors to the south. Let me express what many Canadians feel.. good neighbors help one another, not put up fences etc to block one another out. God bless you all. Many Americans were stranded in Canada yesterday when airlines shut down across the continent, and every effort was made to adequately house these displaced people. There is a long history of cooperation and mutual caring between our countries and the efforts in the last few years to restrict Canadians access to your great nation were rather hurtful (although I understand the thinking behind it) to some. Know that Canadians are there for you in many ways. Again, may the Supreme One of your beliefs bless you with comfort in this time of trial.

Just adding my thanks to Canada and it's citizens. And to all the people around the world who have expressed their sorrow and support for us.

Just last night, I was chatting with two Canadian friends in a chatroom. I'll repeat what I told them. I am so glad that Canada is our neighbor! I may never meet face-to-face my Canadian pals, but I know them. They are great and generous neighbors. I was told that, if, God forbid, the United States goes to war, that these people want their nation to follow. IMO, those ae powerful words!

It would be the same if Canada went to war. I would want us to help them also. Even tho we won our independence from Britain, I feel Britain is our Mother nation and Canada is one of our sisters. When hard times come against us, family sticks together.

I want to pay tribute to a great lady from Canada, who, for obvious reason I will keep anonymous. When she heard about the devastation in America on Tuesday, she got on the phone to find a need. Now, this is no young person and she has serious health problems. She found a need, packed her suitcase and drove herself to a city. This remarkable lady spent two days doing whatever had to be done to bring aid to the United States! God bless her!
