Not very sportsman like.

You know,I've been a Seattl-ite for over 23 years, and always been a big fan of the Seahawks and Mariners,etc...and I've hoped that one day we could enjoy a nice national pro championship. But I've also always joked that if Seattle ever won a Superbowl,or a world series, that it would be the end of the world as we know it...Go figure that the Mariners looked to rewrite baseball's history books this year, and some fools launch such an outrageous attack...The only bright spot might be that Babwa Waters was in one of the Trade Center buildings..(Just trying desperately to help keep things light in a time of darkness!)...God Bless you all!

I am just wondering if I still have to make my credit card payment?

Local bank and US based credit card processors should be OK. The international banking system, centeralized in the WTC, will be a mess for a long time.

Denver (an interesting name for a Seattlite, n'est-ce pas?)...you have the kind of quirky humor that is prevalent around here. (I'm a native Washingtonian and spent my formative years in the Emerald City.) Total WA experience = 49+ years.

I am not sure everyone else in the internet-regions of LUSENET (CS Forum in particular) will understand your jest, though! However, most of us recognize gallows humor when we read it. I'm bummed that the Mariners didn't get to play tonight, too, but given the circumstances, very appropriate.

*sigh*

I hope we can someday get back to baseball in the late summer as we have known it, but somehow I have some doubts at this point. I hope so, though....

I was wondering if my mortgage company had all my mortgage records in the WTC? Think I might hold off paying more than the minimum on my credit cards for a month or two.
