Answers

Ooh, I hope so. I have Berman withdrawal. I have Bermandrawal. I do not, however, have Berman's drawers.

Hey, fools. You won't believe this, but the temp agency called me in to work for THEM today. Crazy. So, I'll be oot today, I guess. Filing and whatnot.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

That's like world's colliding. Temping for the temp agency.

Yeah, I thing I made it out of Texas with all my underwear intact.

Hi all! It's good to be back!

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Y'all. Both Meloonsa AND Starlight are at MATH + 1. Sweet.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

And y'all already know these things.

I'm retaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarded.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

You're retaaaarded.

I know. Poor, poor Starlight and her crazy internet relationship. How is she supposed to meet him if she never leaves the house?

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

I don't get her. At all. And I know we've discussed this already, but what's her mom doing letting her teenage child become a recluse who just sits in front of a computer all day?

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

I think her mom is a recluse, so there you go.

Whose career is eBay?

No MATH journalversary guest entries. SIGH.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

I'm working on it. Nag nag nag.

Mayn, I should update my own site at some point, shouldn't I?

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

You're the. . .nag.

T - did you and Al and the 2 Chrises hang out on Sat.?

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

You know, sometimes when I read Astruc I get overwhelmed by a feeling of utter lameness. Her writing is unreal.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Is she updating again?

I think Starlight's mom has an Ebay business. I'd love to know what she sells.

Me, Al, the Chrises, and our friends Josh and Liz and their boy Jacob at a lot of ribs on Saturday night. And pink cole slaw (the pink part was an accident) and baked beans and potato salad and strawberry dessert. It was the first time Chris A had made ribs, and I have to say that I was impressed. My boy makes a mighty fine sauce.

Mike, you were in Texas? In your underwear? Where have I been?

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

No, I'm just reading her old stuff because I never read her before.

I spent pretty much all day yesterday doing my journalversary gifts. Much work, but fun. I mailed them today, so let me know when you get them!

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Nah, not since May. I'm all home-bound.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Oh yeah, Mr. 3 Weeks in Europe is home-bound.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Well, yeah, because now I'm all poor from those three weeksin Europe.

And Hannah, mayn, you're making my disorganized self look bad, sending out journaliversary gifts before I even send my thank yous to all y'all and the other guest writers from July.

"all y'all." Hee. That phrase always makes me laugh.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

See, what had happened was is that I don't have a life.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Whereas I am just a lazy SOB.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Yeah, uh, what you been doing there Berman?

Where did the other ladies of MATH go today?

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Nuthin'. That's the sad part.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

I'm here, working. Faxing, to be exact. All fax machines hate me, see. And I have nothing but HAAAAAAAAATE for any computers that ONLY have USB ports, like mine, because they make it just about impossible to sync your Palm Pilot. Hate for USB-only machines. HATE.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

What do others have besides USB?

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Look!

She went outside. And look at her mom's comment.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

They have serial ports. Nice, friendly, plug-anything-you-want-into- me-and-i'll-work ports. They have little teeth and little holes. I swear. I will NEVAH buy a Mac if all they come wiht is USB ports. USB is WORTHLESS.

-- Anonymous, September 10, 2001

Bye, y'all. I'll be in Tallahassee tonight and tomorrow, but I'll be back on Wednesday.

When I'm down there, I'll say a little prayer that Tech kicks some CrimiNole ass on Saturday.
