YBR calls Robert a plonker

From BBC:

"I think we can make him a better player," said Robson, who paid £10m for the Paris St Germain winger in the summer.

"I see little things in him that we have to teach him and improve him in certain aspects of his play.

"But on the ball, no, I don't think I can improve him on that because he has this great vision and this left foot.

"He knows where to plonk it and he can plonk it."

Robert had a hand in all four Newcastle goals, scoring one himself and setting up the other three, one of which was a penalty converted by Alan Shearer.

Shearer said he was looking forward to playing alongside Robert and Nolberto Solano.

"I've never hidden the fact that I love playing with two natural wingers, one on the left and one on the right," said the former England captain.

"For the first time in three or four years since David Ginola left, we now have that - and two good ones at that."

And as back-up wingers he could have Ferris and ? whom he spoke highly of in his post match best man speech , physios getting a mention ! heading down the road similar to the Oscars I fear, Seriously tho IMHO, that if and it is a big if , he stays clear of injury and with the present set-up plus Dyer and Cort he will have an excellent season It is my firm belief that Emil Heskey is overated , limited nous, poor balance, not a natural striker of the ball and the best one of that mould is still Shearer, SVE may eventually have to go down the route of a non target man to play alongside Owen , you get the feeling that Dyer is high in the thoughts of the hiarachy.
