Are there any plans for A One to use a different courier as City Link is not suitable for the majority of people purchasing for home. I am going to have to drive 1 hour each way to pick up my goods. This kind of customer consideration makes me want to shop elsewhere. I will not purchase anything else from this business if it uses the same courier.

Citylink have proven to be the most reliable of the courier companies, we have tried using several others which I shall not name here for legal reasons and the failed to match citylinks performance. I am sorry if you do not like City Link, but I do not understand what you mean when you say you need to drive 1 hour either way to collect your goods, surely you could have filled in the delivery address to your work or home dependant on where you would be when the delivery arrived?

I have used A1 Systems for 6 years and in this time have seen them use a lot of different courer services. The service that City Link gives most people is a excellent service. Alexander Micros can place a order with A1 upuntill 5.00 o`clock and we will recive it the following morning by 8.30

After using other services, there is not one that comes close to the service provided by City Link.
