Can you believe it? High-ranking officials have finally, after two years, agreed to meet with concerned citizens to discuss the actual validity of the 16th amendment. There is serious and documented evidence that the amendment was never legally ratified This is only one of the issues to be addressed. Also to be discussed are subjects like; how can one file an IRS return without concurrently waiving his 5th Amendment rights? (The right of an individual to never be required to submit testimony which could be used legally against himself.) Another subject to be discussed is the unconstitutionality of IRS search and seisure without the serving of a warrant. -Thus a violation of the 4th Amendment.

It is open to the public, but the room can only hold 100 people. I would go, except I doubt if I could get in. It would be absolutely wonderful if a march on Washington by disgrunted citizens could happen the same day, drawing attention to the hearings in progress.

Yep. If only we could get all the CFR and TriLaterals on the evening news to talk about it we might be able to get some publicity for the truth out there to JQ Public. The hearings are on the 25th and 26th of September and the organization could use some FRN's to help defray the costs of the webcasts they will be making. There is more info at the site and a downloadable 1000 page report on the entire debacle. Can you spell "freedom"??? After this gets taken care of, perhaps we can do away with the thievery of all of our assets by the Fed and bring back constitutionally correct currency. Wouldn't that be a hoot?
