The most religious poem might be "Hymn" inspired by Poe's sojourn with the Fordham Jesuits and their prayer of the Divine office. It is that liturgy of the hours and the prayers to Mary that struck a familiar theme of redemption through a heavenly woman. In fact, he weds the prayer like poem with imagery and odeas common to other poems dealing with that theme. In other poems he borrows from some imagery and mentions angels, God, afterlife but this meager fare is typical of artists of his day. Poe's essays on the Holy Land(reviewing a travel writer) is also revealing of his interest in prophecy, specifically the doom or curse of a particular land. This inspired his inclusion of biblical languages in his novel "Pym".
