I have a personal VCD. I don't want anybody copy it. How can I do that ? Please help me. Thanks.

How about modifying the TOC of the CD. I think Nero allows you to deliberately write a fake file size when the file is actually smaller. As long as the burning software knows the true size, this is OK. Also try 'TZCopyprotection v1.1Beta 9' at http://members.nbci.com/tzcopy/ but it's kinda messy stuff.
...and finally ...the bad news.. Programmes like 'Clone CD' or 'Blind read' etc. can still make a reliable copy of such copy protected CD's.
