I believe the Tightwad Gazette stopped publishing a few years ago...

Well, I'm not sure. In the recent thread on how to reduce household expenses, people seemed to talk about it like it was still being published.

She did stop publishing after the 3rd book. All 3 books are now available as one volume, and she added a bit extra to that edition. There are other similar newsletters out there, but TG is no longer in publication.

You can always get copies on eBay - that's where I got mine for next to nothing. How tightwad can you get??? :-)

I have the 3 books, I read that they stopped publishing though. I think I got my books from CBD (Christian Book Distributors). I've had them awhile, but they might still carry them. I THINK their web address is Christianbooks.com--if that doesn't work, maybe you could look them up on the search engine. I'm almost positive that's where I purchased them from (they sell quite a few books on frugal living). It might be worth checking out.

The author has now put out a book containing all three books and some extra, not published before( in her books) information. I picked one up for a friends birthday at Costco/Sam's Club for under $20. The news letter stopped about five years ago now, they made enough $ to retire on their paid in full homestead. Good luck, they are full of wonderful info.
