Season Tickets: ?

Reading the Ronnie I noticed tickets are advertised for sale for the upcoming ManU game. I was surprised to read that tickets are advertised for: the Leazes & Leazes level 7, Gallowgate, Milburn paddock & level 7, East stand & paddock, family enclosure, disabled areas and all of the sports bars/members' clubs.
How many tickets are availabe in SJP? I am right in thinking 3,000 for away fans, 3,000 for general sale each match?
I wonder how many season tix were sold?
I wonder if we'll match last season's wonderfull record of 50,000+ for every PL game?

Last season one of my mates bought a half season ticket as a Chistmas pressy at their place last season, I wonder if NUFC will do the same? I wonder if there is a need?

Anyone?

The same thing struck me HnH. The number of ST's has never been announced, but there were indications that they were a couple of thousand down on last season.
In addition to the few hundred very expensive 'prawn sarnie' seats that are still empty in the Milburn, I suspect there may be 5,000-ish now available on a match-by-match basis.
As you suggest, we may be struggling to top the 50,000 figure for some of the less attractive PL games this season.

We did manage 50,000+ against the new Wimbledon. This was the first home game of the season mind.

There were hardly any of the guys round me at the derby who were in the same seats last season. Whether because of hols or just not having taken up their options I don't know but it made me wonder just how many sts have been sold.

Looking around me last weekend, I would think that 75% were the same ones as last year. with the exception that there is a tall bloke in front of my sons seat, and next to him is a young woman.

Loks like i'll have to change seats with him due to the tall bloke of course.

KB - that's probably me - got my ST last year, went to NZ and haven't been back since! See you for the Man U match then?! ;-)

I moved up to Level 7 - was 4 rows from the front of the Leazes end which is a bit crap for seeing down the other end.

Apparently, the Milburn "prawn sarnie" seats are empty because the club can't get a license for the bars that are part of the ticket cost for enough people.

Whether this has been sorted out yet or not I don't know.
