Yeah, it really is sad. I dropped in at SAR's on my way back from Michigan with a black pussy willow bush. I had no idea that Shadow was gone, so I guess the plant was kinda appropriate. Dan's there, and he's comforting her as best he can. He's pretty upset, too.

I wanted to thank you all for your kindness, I know when one or "our own" is feeling pain...we all feel it, that's what makes us family. I am getting stronger today, I still have a few lapses, but it softens in times, I have been down this road before, and no doubt, will again,...it just never seems to be something you can get immuned to, it hurts each and every time,,,the one we lose always changes, but I doubt that the pain does. Several have written at IC, and they have all touched my heart.

Meemer, I felt so bad, you came right at the worst possible time, and I do thank you for the pu$$y williow, how aprepo for it to be black. I had my fresh grape juice and pear butter in a package all ready for you....so sorry, but I wasn't thinking of jam and juice at that time.

I will be here and there today, and feel I may sleep, too, as emotions sometimes zaps your energy completely. wanted you all to know how much I appreciate your kindnesses.
