Colors and mood are fantastic, and I think it's even more or less acceptable (in this case) to have centered the horizon, but you really should have placed the mountain off center. (rule of thirds applies, of course...) Another factor is, the eye wants to be drawn to light areas, so it's not naturally drawn to the mountain. If only that strip of light weren't there... A very good moody photo anyway.
