How can I create a menu page for my VCD?

So far I have come across some software create a video clip with texts supers onto it only and treat it as the 1st running track. Once the track run out of its duration, it stop or continue onto the next track!

It there any software that allow the menu page to be created as a still frame and wait for Input / selection; with a autorun build-in. (Hyperlink for PC)

Can the menu appear (autorun) for both PC & VCD Player?

Dennis, WinOnCD 3.7 and 3.8 do all this. You can create complex menus for VCD. You can play this on a DVD player (I don't know if this will work on a VCD player. I assume it will work). If you select the option to include the WinOnCD VCD player software, it will automatically run on a PC and present the main menu. You can even store still digital images on the VCD which you can make accessible from the menu.
