Joel, I notice that you are using DigiBuy for online payment of FogBUGZ. At 13.9% per transaction, why not setup your own merchant account and save some dough? I suspect you'll say... hey they manage everything for us, including e-mail notification, tracking, etc. But that's no big deal with some many inexpensive full-featured shopping cart systems on the market.

Does anyone else have any opinions on DigiBuy or other hosted payment solutions?
