This whole thing seems to have come about from Stretford being at our ground on Tuesday. He's obviously told A Oliver a few things and on cue they are published. But the question for me is, Does Andyu Cole WANT to come here, or are we being used as a price tag?

I expect that A Oliver happened to see that Cole sent a text msg to Stretford and decided to ooput 2 and 2 together. Wonder why Stretford was there though?

I used to think Oliver was a good source for reliable stories but he's lost the plot. he told us Robert wouldn't be signing and he signed the next day!

Watched one of our players flat out refuse to talk to Oliver(of the Alan kind) at the training ground last winter. The player then went outside and spoke to another reporter instead. It was done in a humourous manner, but was clearly a dis.
