I consider the question of Mgr. Milingo's marriage and all that it has caused as a great show, like in TV, What is your opinion on that topic?

Enrique,

He should have been weeded out long before this came to a head.

Forgiving on a personal level, but a true believer that with increasing rank comes increased responsibility,

Oh, Frank, that deeply disturbed man was indeed "weeded out" -- long ago. For more than fifteen years, I have (from time to time) heard about his troubled life and what the Church has tried to do to prevent his causing a great deal of damage.

Here is an altered snippet from an article that will help you to see what I mean:
"The archbishop, a native of Zambia, has been at odds with the Catholic church for a couple of decades. The former [from 1969] head of the archdiocese of Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, was recalled to Rome in 1982 after endorsing [illegitimate forms of] faith-healing and exorcism. He met twice with Pope John Paul II, who in 1983 accepted Milingo's resignation as archbishop to Lusaka and appointed him as special delegate to the Pontifical Commission for Pastoral Care for Migration and Tourism. Before his retirement [at age 71 (i.e., early or forced?) earlier this year], Milingo drew thousands to healing masses that included exorcisms in Italy and other countries."
[Sorry, but I don't have any specific information about what improper things he did in Zambia prior to 1983.]

St. James, pray for us.
God bless you.

He's at it again.

I wonder if the Moonies have annulments?

From the linked article:

"In 1983 Archbishop Milingo was removed from Zambia because he performed ambiguous exorcisms and faith-healing ceremonies and incorporated tribal customs in the Mass."

There's that word again.

The faithful excorcist's prime rule of engagement with evil entities is to never, ever engage in dialogue with the enemy. Ever.

The Saints who had such experiences all followed this principle, which seems akin to a renewal of Baptismal vows, either on their own or at the advice of their spiritual directors.

If it is in fact the case as the Scriptures say, that the gods of the pagans are demons, then in general terms, to engage other religions in dialogue may be to incur certain conflicts of interest; conflicts that clarity alone, and faithfulness alone, can avoid.

After all, the Word became flesh, not an ambiguity.

Ambiguity is the Devil's playground. Say yes if you mean yes.

Eve was the first to engage the enemy in dialogue.

Eve was the first to engage the enemy in dialogue.

...and in God's Providence, the New Eve will have the final word.
