Best of...

greenspun.com : LUSENET : orienteer kansas : One Thread

In a recent meeting of several key 1000 Day officials, we voted on several "Best of" categories. Winning in the blog category was Spike's very fine blog. Though it must be admitted that Spike's blog was the only one any of us had actually seen. One person had heard that Sting (formerly of "The Police") had an interesting blog, but we couldn't find it. And we thought that Peter Gagarin could put together a potentially award winning blog if he chose, since he could write extensively about such things as the merits of troll feet when crossing Scandinavian marshes, black snake removal, and how to get into Mary Lou Retton's tights (some might mistake the meaning there, but too bad for them; there will always be the clueless.)

Congratulations, Spike!

Congratulations Mike! I think his blog is definitely the best. Very interesting reading, each and every day.

However, I find it hard to believe your claim of never seeing another blog. I know you have seen WWE and my blog. And Mook definitely deserves honorable mention for his training log even if it is not a true blog.

Just in case there is someone who has not yet seen Mike's blog, you can check it out here.

You really think there is someone who hasn't seen Spike's blog? It doesn't seem likely. They know all about it even in Sri Lanka. They drink their noon tea, and surf the web on over to see what kind of stuff Spike has written in the past day. The Sri Lankans are fairly well puzzled by all the NASCAR references though.
