This phrase "World Class" is quite amusing in the way it gets used. Some months back, some American business man wanted to buy the MIR space station and have it done up (and presumably turned into a McDOnalds). In an interview he said he wanted to turn it into "A World Class Space Station". ???

The best quote I've heard recently mind was when the fishermen were arguing about fishing rights and how much quota they should have in their attempt to clean out the North Sea of all living things. One fishermen said "All we want is a level playing field"! The Sea! How more level could you get?
