I'AM using nero to burn my vcd,s i'am having successfull video, however the audio is terriable cracking, cutting in and out, any tips help greatly apreciated... thanks

Please use TMPGEnc to re-encode your MPG files to VCD-NTSC format. (Your files may already be in VCD-NTSC format but still the rencoding would probably aleviate your problem). it worked for me.
