PBMplus can do this. It's mostly used on UNIX systems, but I read in some not very current information that it would run on PCs. It was free several years ago. The program "xv" can also do this, but I only ran it on UNIX machines. I don't know if it runs on PCs, but I guess it could. It's shareware though. I think the freely available GIMP toolkit can do this too, but installing it and actually using it is not for the faint of heart. Unless you're really cheap or you don't mind spending hours or days trying to come to grips with GIMP, you'd be a lot better off to look for PBMplus or pay $25 to buy an official copy of xv. The freely available ghostscript package can do some limited conversions of various formats. It would take you less time to master than GIMP, but PBMplus or xv would get you going a lot quicker.

Thanks, Jason.

Mind I ask where can I get the PBMPlus or the XV?
