tonight at 10:18...look NW and both Shuttle Discovery and the ISS will pass right through the cup of the big dipper, and is said to turn goldish and then red.

SAR, it's important to know when these events are scheduled. Northern lights and meteor showers and eclipses also fall into this category. They are excellent predictors of either overcast or rainy conditions. (And they thought I wouldn't notice!)

Dan went out with me last night, in our Jammies...wouldn't you know, 3 cars "caught" us!! but we SAW it... it looked like a ufo it was kinda gold, and booked along..right through the cup of the dipper...AWESOME!

I couldn't catch it, I wonder if my clock was a little off. But I told the camp director, and he had the kids at the camp sleepover watch for it, and they saw it. Thanks!
