Keeps banging 'em in for the stiffs. Good enough? Or do we risk someone who hasn't kicked a ball in anger for 3 months against Chelsea?

World of difference in the opposition though, I'd say take into the first squad picture maybe give him ten minutes if it's a lost cause or we are winning by three, however me thinks the former hopes for the latter.

With the strikers currently fit and available I reckon a place on the bench for a home game will beckon soon. But what of Chops? Seems to have quietened down since signing pro papers.

What is his current record - 16 goals in 8 games?

Jeez, that is outstanding in anybody's book. The guy is 20 I believe. Don't bu99er about - give him a chance!

Of course, the opposition will be different class - but we won't find out just how good he is until we try him in the main arena. It seems that, according to Tommy Craig, the lad just has an uncanny knack of knowing where to be when the ball is in the box. Nobody who scores that many can be useless. Give him a chance especially while his form is so hot. Sub Sunday I hope.

He's in the team photo so he may not be that far off the 1st team lineup.
