Dear Asteria,
Just remember this-- Nobody is watching what you are doing in Holy Mass. You will soon get used to standing when you see others do that, or sometimes the priest will say ''Please stand''.

Also, sit when the others do, and kneel for as long as the others kneel. Very simple. If you are new to Mass, don't worry. You can learn this quickly. It's exactly how children are taught when they begin going to Mass. The reasons are for respect, (Stand) for resting,(Sit) and for worshipping and adoring God. (Kneel)

If you are not yet a baptised Catholic you do not receive the Holy Communion at the front. But, you can pray to Jesus in the Sacrament. Later, if you receive baptism, you'll go to receive him.

Are you a Catholic in England, or thinking about becoming one? Let me know. I love England, and the Catholics there are just wonderful! Glad to meet you; and May God bless you forever, ASTERIA!
