SLA's for Core Support Services

Hi All,

I am commencing a project to develop and implement SLAs for all support services of an organisation (this includes HR, Finance etc as well as IT).

I am keen to hear from anyone else also preparing SLA's for Support Services, to share experiences to date and learnings.
