YOU'RE a cynical lot out there. Since I wrote the other day that Bill Clinton was looking at buying a house in Ireland, dozens of you have called to say he's just seeking to shelter his $10 million book advance, given that Ireland doesn't tax writers. Give the guy a break. He wouldn't take out citizenship there just to avoid the IRS . . . would he?

[OG Giggle: I know Neal Travis got at least one e-mail on this subject. . . Don't think he has to take out citizenship to get the tax break but not sure.]
