Your e-mail did not work. As this seems not to be a Poe related question but a school assignment unclarified perhaps a grammar poem is simply a poem ABOUT grammar. For example: Teacher's face turned red as paint Every time I used an "ain't" But ain't that word what Shakespeare used? Ain't both of too much abused All about nothin'? Ain't that somethin'!

This little horror is something I just dashed off and your taste in poetry would be held up for ridicule should you "borrow" this.

On the other hand other poems like "How Do I Love THE? Let me count THE ways" and "Teacher, thy grammar is to me like those constraining facts that bore" -- are to be avoided at all costs.
