Premiere 6.0 comes with some awesome export plugins. Under File, export timeline, choose the Advanced Windows Media option and it gives you the option there when choosing your Destination. But you will have to add the .asf extension onto your file name when prompted. There is a trial version of Premiere 6.0 on Adobe's website for download. Try it out..It worked for me.
