The more diligent (or sadder) of you may have noticed a screw-up in the way the BBS has been presented over the last 12 hours or so.

For Q&A forums, a new administrator option was added to control the order in which responses to questions are presented. Due to a mis-understanding on Greenspun's part, this messed up thread presentation for a few hours today - but I think they've got everything back to normal now, plus forum administrators now have a new choice.

Hopefully this BBS is back to it's usual form with new threads being shown with the newest at the top and thread contents showing oldest at the top. If you have any strong feelings on the way the threads and contents are displayed, please respond here. There is still no way to time-stamp the actual postings.
