Roger in Rehab?

Roger Clinton is said to be battling drugs again. The former First Brother, who pleaded guilty Wednesday to misdemeanor reckless driving after a February DUI arrest in Southern California, checked into rehab last month in Arizona, according to The National Enquirer. He "told doctors he was currently using a frightening amount of coke — up to one-eighth of an ounce every two days," claims a source.

Clinton's lawyer, Mark Geragos, would not confirm or deny the story.

Here's today's untouched news. Good old Roger Clinton has been in an Arizona Rebab for his serious coke problem since July 19. Looks like he put whatever pardon money he was able to glom right up his nose. We hope he saved some of it. The center he is in (Cottonwood de Tucson) costs $675 per day. He told authorities his $1,200 a week habit included the use of methedrine, marijuana and mushrooms and that he sometimes drove stoned. This sad story belongs to Richard Gooding of the Enquirer who calmly paraphrases Henry Kissinger when he says: "It has the added advantage of being true." The mainstream press has pretty well missed this one but this morning's Daily News has picked it up. At least now we know where Roger's pardon money went. Now, perhaps the rest of the family will 'fess up?
