Have you noticed? New answers are coming into the top of a thread, instead of at the bottom. What gives?

Yes, I noticed the same thing on the lineman thread. I posted a reply there and at first it didn't show up at all. After a little while it showed up but not in the correct order and other postings were changed around as well. Strange. Another chapter in user-friendly computer coding. Not!
