Pretty! Glad y'all had a fun time!We finally got my parents out to dinner for their 50th wedding anniversary. Went to the Chart House in Coconut Grove. Delicious meal, excellent service by our attendant, Michelle. parents were thrilled to hear about the hawaii trip, and will pick a date to fly soon. they like the November timeframe, which coincides with my sister's 25 wedding anniversary. I think the rest of us have been used to get our parents there for her anniversary, but what the heck!
Oh yeah, we even managed to get a limo for the occasion, which really freaked them out! You should have seen their faces when it pulled up out front! LOLOLOLOLOLOL

Yep...Erie. and you know...went all the way up there...and what do you suppose I SAW out on this breakwall while taking these pictures..... A FREEKING SNAKE!!!!!! meemur, you'd have been proud...only said the F word once and jumped....didn't run willy nilly............ha!!! there was only to run into water, and I figured I was safer holding my little bit of ground! or should I say ROCK!

SAR, that's what the snake wanted you to think! heheNice series. You could tell you were rolling on the waves of an incoming tide. Figured it has to be on the Great Lakes. (Spent a spring along Lake Superior. Surrounded by dunes that would challenge Cape Cod. Yup, some puddle!

You get a gold star, SAR! I'm glad that you had a chance to get away for a day. I love the southern side of Lake Erie. Your pictures make me anxious to get up there, but I'll probably wait until after Labor Day at this point.
