jams, jellies, afghans, painted banks for the kiddos (made out of old barnboard), wood toys, sachets for the girls..trying my hand at homemade soap as soon as it is cool..been saving my wood ashes in a small barrel..for the sachets I bought scraps of really nice material at Walmart for $1/yard and a bunch of ribbons..also looking into rag dolls as well for the little ones....my goal this year is a homemade Christmas gift box from grammy & grampa....my youngest tells me that all of the junior's at Drexel in Philly want me to send them applesauce this year! I told him I would send canning recipes to their moms..heeheehee....

Quillos, Pillows, small quilts, 'goodie' baskets and dog biscuits! In His Grace, Sissy

I'm making evergreen wreaths this year, but I won't start them until late October/early November. I do have to start gathering pinecones pretty soon tho. My farrier showed me how to make the wreaths, and they're real pretty. I'm making mine out of blue spruce because I like the color and have a ton of trees. I'm going to make a really big one for my barn too.

made all the neices and nephews double-yarned crochet mufflers; working on an afghan, a couple of lap quilts and have requests for homemade pillows. i buy material on sale or at garage sales. Planning on sending baskets of cookies and bread. Isn't it fun?
