I remember the first time I "saw" Patricia. It was on DeJager's Y2K mail list. She was talking about her efforts to get information from the city of New York. I thought "Wow That woman has the guts to force the city to give her the information she wants". I was impressed. Not too much later I found out from Charles that she was "one of us" and was thrilled.

She has never deserved the harrassment she has gotten on these forums!
