Commission prepares order to hold ONEOK in contempt .

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission is preparing to draft an order to hold ONG's parent company, ONEOK in contempt. The Commission decided Wednesday to draft an order to fine ONEOK $2,000 a day for violations dating back to May 8. That's when the commission says ONG's parent company failed to comply with a Commission order to release documents related to last winter's gas prices. A spokesman for ONEOK is calling the issue "a smoke screen on a bogus issue."
