FOOTBALL: A SELL-OUT BY FOREST NEW boss Paul Hart is being forced to put all his Nottingham Forest players up for sale with the new season less than two weeks away. Promoted from youth coach after David Platt's departure to take charge of England Under 21s, Hart said: "I have to face the harsh facts of financial life. Our wage bill has to be severely chopped as a matter of some urgency."

Maybe we should go in for Prutton and try and get him on the cheap, or do we not need him now we've signed elliot and roberts?? AM

I'd be surprised if rutton is much of a burden on their wage bill but they also be desperate for cash. Now we have the windfall of the Intertoto cup money we should be able to blow it all on someone like Prutton.

I'd like to see us go for either Prutton or Seth Johnson. IMO our central m/f is relatively weak, and way too dependent on 30+ yr olds Lee & Speed.
Either of these U-21 stars would be a prudent investment, and significantly enhance our m/f talent pool.
