Last night for the start the village fun - week run by the Football and Boy`s Club I for the 8th year running organised the quiz . Great night as usual , young and old alike , very informal and lots of audience partipation (young drunks), apart from the usual one guy who is resident at all quizzes, the one who asks for the question to be repeated , nods his head in a intelligent manner when its painfully obvious he aint got a clue , there is always one question which gives grief , and to whom his word is final , namely Buff the Adjudicator

Question. How does the US Masters differ from other Majors.

Give it a go quizzers , don`t look in the book !! , jot down your answer on here and see how many agreed with a few of my angry punters

I guess it's not an Open, you must be invited.

Always played at the same venue i.e. Augusta.
Don't give a damn really.

I'm with Dave - I believe entry is exclusively by invitation.

I think there are two correct people Buff. It is invitational which is how they managed to keep those pesky blacks out for ages, and it is the only one to have a 'home' course.

It's the only one played before June.

It's the only one not to have a ladies equivalent ?

It's the only one not to ever have someone score four rounds below 70, although Tiger may have done that over the last couple of years.

The book answer was by invitation only - the floor answer was played at same course every year
