OK, I'm going on record now as saying the Vikings will be better than last year for a number of reasons. Somebody save this and we'll review it at the end of the year?:

1) Daunte has a full year under his belt. Last year he only had about 60-70% of the offense (according to Lewis), so the options needed to defend are going to be greater. 2) Moss signed gets a major potential distraction out of the way. 3) CC backing off his retirement quotes says he feels good about the possibilities of the team. 4) Bennett will prove to be an adequate replacement for RobViper. I love Smith, but Bennett is said to have even more speed. 5) With String, Dixon and Birk, plus Tice working with the changed (only a little-Lacina will be back starting) O'line, our line will be fine. 6) Cahmberlain gives more options to DC, opening up the outside for CC and Randy, at the same time, giving one more positive for Bennett to have a big year. 7) Our D cannot suck any worse than last year. 8) Shaw will make sure that STate and Wright are improved. We will see a much more aggressive corner position. 9) Dale Carter will end up in purple. 10) The D Line will be better, with Randle and his relentless pursuit of sacks being gone. We might stop the run a bit and have a few 3rd and longs. 11) Our DE's will put more pressure on the QB. 12) We will miss Rudd's peed, but his posing (8 yards down the field)will be replaced with somebody who actually makes plays.

Let's get it on!!!!
