Smacks to me like Robert is on his way out of PSG as they have signed a replacement in Leal, but Robert dare not say get stuffed Newcaslte, in case it is his only concrete offer

Likewise his agent seems to be, yet again, using Newcastle as a means to hike up the price - yet seemingly no other offers are on the table and Robert admits to starting the season at PSG. Intersting to see if he recovers from the ankle knock which sidelined him on Tuesday.

So much for the comments yesterday about his future being clearer today!!

Yep, several sites are now quoting Robert's Agent in saying he spoke to FS yesterday and feels the deal should now go through early next week pending the resolution of one or two minor contractual issues.

Some sites are now quoting the fee as £11 million!!
