When you finish a level in space, sometimes the bonus counter doesn't reach zero because when you land your ship, any bonus left uncounted doesn't count towards your final score. This especially happens in the later stages. So, do you count any leftover bonus? My vote: Yes

Ex. 46,000 + 5000 bonus = 50,500 Game Score (What the game says) or 46,000 + 5000 bonus = 51,000 Actual Score (Actual total)

I couldn't tell you. I have never seen a Major Havoc game. Keep in mind that it's rare. If anyone else can fill in that scoring problem gap, please tell us!
