I've looked far and wide and never seen it available. Sonicnet has a RealPlayer version of it you that can watch but the quality is horrible. I'm thinking of e-mailing Sub Pop to see if it will ever be for sale again (I'm not sure if it ever was).

Sonicnet only has a stream of the "Tallahassee" video, and yes, to say the least, the quality is 'questionable'.
