I would really like to play/buy some PAL Video CDs for my pc (in the USA) and I would appreciate any recommendations for a pc video player program(s). Free or low cost.

I take it from a few prior questions that the PAL/NTSC format doesn't make any difference on a pc, but I would like to know which programs are capable of playing PAL without any trouble.

Also, do all computer DVD drives have the ability to play PAL VCDs? Or do I have to look for a specific DVD drive that can play PAL as well as NTSC VCDs?
