If you're using WinDVD to view the file just hit the (P) on te keyboard and the image is saved to the capture folder within the WinDVD program folder on your HD.

Wait! What if I'm not using a DVD player? Instead I'm using Real Player or Windows Media Player to view the mpeg? Please help.

Use XingMpeg Player. Select what part of the movie you want to capture, Pause it and then hit the camera icon and presto!!! you now have a picture. Just save it in what format you like (i.e. jpeg, bmp and others. hope this help.

Press P, then do Save all, then look in My Documents\InterVideo\WinDVD\Capture
