Digital Images into VCDs

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Video CD : One Thread

Please help, i'm using a Sony Cybershot DCS-P50 Digital Cam. After taking all these digital pictures, how can i make them into interesting VCD with audio and moving text.

Which software should i use? ..Ulead MediaStudio Pro? And how to do it?

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

WinOnCD Power Edition 3.7 or 3.8, but where to get any of these is another matter about which I have nothing to say. You might try downloading the original Philips VCD toolkit from http://www.icdia.org/sw_pc/index.html, but use of this needs WinOnCD to begin with. Wait, U want moving text, which necessarily means NLE first to spruce your pictures, audio, and text (ULMSPro is okay); then TMPGenc for encoding to MPEG-1, then VCD authoring by way of WinOnCD, or, okay, Nero 5.5.:) The rest can be found by wading through ALL the entries in this heavenly forum past and present.

I agree with Mehmet, Currently I am using Ulead MediaStudioPro 6. I am not the expert, but I can say it's quiet easy to put your image/picture together with animation and sound (WAV, MP3, etc.) From here, you can also create MPG or AVI and then burn it to VCD format using NERO or ADAPTEC (CD burning) software.
