I'm creating a new Tickets directory and home page (http://www.ajax-usa.com/ajax/tickets/), to accomodate the ever increasing amount of info on this topic. For now, it's just the unedited and unformatted notes from Menno. I will merge the existing content and look/feel of http://www.ajax-usa.com/ajax/tickets.html into this new page, and then go from there.
