As "therubal" remarked at www.memepool.com, the blog where I picked this up (thanks!), "In what is probably a sick joke, the page has a link to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, though it isn't clear if Mr. Condit supports the site's mission or is simply adding to the problem."
