Tony Rowlett... Leica salesman

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Leica Photography : One Thread

Tony,

I was surfing the LUG, and noticed that a LUG'er posted the results of the first of his newly acquired Noctilux. He makes mention that your webpage was the "last straw" for his decision to buy one, and attaches a link.

So... are you working on commission to Leica now? ;-)

Hmm. I got my Noct, at least in part, because of Robert Steven's Noctilux page which was sort of a "last straw" for me, too. Thanks for posting that, Al!

I think all of us who post here often have probably cost some people a few bucks. What's funny is when you place some Leica related topic in the "Google" search engine, and it spits out multiple threads from this site at the top of its list. All of our comments on display as "research material" for the whole web to see and base their buying decision on.

Conversely, I just did a search on "Leica Bulls..t" and just about every site *EXCEPT* this one came up. What does that tell you about the credibility of this site versus the others! Here you get only honest answers. No Bulls..t.
